Store Policy

Although we do stock a range of new, reusable bottles for purchase, we fully support and encourage the re-use of old bottles.

If you are bringing along your own bottles for refill, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are clean and empty to avoid product cross-contamination.  To save water simply wash your old empty bottle at the end of your washing up and then rinse it out with clean water.  You can use any bottle you want, but please do consider its suitability for the product you intend to refill it with.  We advise against refilling food containers, but we can supply safety labels if you do choose to do so.

The bottles in our borrow box have been thoroughly cleaned, but we cannot guarantee there are no traces of previous product.  If you have any allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients, we would strongly advise you use your own bottles or buy new bottles rather than using borrowed bottled.

We are always willing to accept donations of clean, empty used bottles for our borrow box.  Please note that for safety reasons we cannot accept containers which have previously held bleach or nut products.
